She has a fresh scar on her left shoulder. Class:: Neutral Personality: (100+ words)Autumn is the kind of horse who is contently observing everyone and everything. Her temperament is timid and shy, and she is often found watching over the young foals, though she has never had one herself. Even when other equines approach her, she rarely makes a sound. On the flipside, after getting to know her, she will tell you her deepest, darkest secrets, and will trust you, and if you return the favor, you will have a friend for life. History: Autumn's past is both an ugly and beautiful thing. When she was a filly, her life was wonderful; she lived with her dam in a large, spacious barn. Autumn's sire is a world champion reining horse, and her mother is also very skilled in that category as well. Of course, the filly's owners had hoped she would also inherit her parent's talent, but Autumn was what you would call a 'dud'. No amount of time in training could possibly make the mare learn how to make quick, sharp pivots, or thrilling, sliding stops. But her owners kept her around, using her for their daughter's barrel racing horse. Yes, that in fact was fun for Autumn, but the 10 year-old rider soon got bored of horses and moved on to pop music and boys. Autumn was no longer needed and was sold to a kind, elderly man who would ride the mare on short, slow trail rides and that was it. The horse soon became bored with this and simply ran away.
She lived for two years on her own, or more of, bouncing from herd to herd, never able to find her place.
