Staff Try-outs

As you can see we need staff; seriously.
I would like staff with experience. I would like people who do graphics to be experienced as well; to know what to do with HTML. I only know the basic linguistics of HTML and I would like people who are fluent in the language. Also; I'd really love professional manips; to make the site look spiffy.

This is what the members of the staff can do:

Global mods;; Can approve characters; work with affiliates (putting them up and down); Can clean up the site; give out quests; hold contests (as long as they run it past me first); accept claims; edit lands; judge contests; deal with member problems.

Mods;; Can approve characters; clean up the site; accept claims; deal with member problems.

Assistants;; Can approve characters; clean up the site.

Graphics;; Can edit the site; work with the site's HTML; make skins; make the site spiffy; create manips; site logos; affiliates. (all of course run past me first)

Position you would like: G-Mod
Why?: Well, honestly I like to help out. As much as I can. I also have a lot of free time and most of the time I'm on the sites I'm on, and this is now one of them, so I'd have a lot of time to help out and such.
Give me a good reason: I know free time isn't a good reason, because a lot of stuff can be messed up in any given period of time. I guess because I have worked in this position on a couple of sites, those are now gone, but I'd know what I'd be doing if I got the position. I'm also a fairly friendly person in general, and I'd like to help other members.
Will you be active?: Yes! As active as possible.
Will you abuse your powers?: Well, no. Not intentionally. If I do I'd like to be notified about it.
Your experience: I've worked on three sites in this position or something similar. Like I said before, they never really got off the ground.
Sites you've staffed/staff on: Green Jasper, Skies of Dust, Serenity. All died within three months of opening.
Examples of your work: Eh, unfortunatly, I'm not good at HTML. I try and I try, but I'm not.

Other: If I'm not chosen for this position, that's fine. I'm okay with that. However, if you'd think I'd be better suited for another position, that's fine as well. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Why?: Well, because I can't make up my mind and your opinion is more valued then mine. Because I like to help people, I know what it's like not to understand what your doing. There's also the fact that besides my own I have never been a staff. Not trying to give a sob story, just telling the truth.
Give me a good reason:
Well, I am very helpful and like to help those in need of it. At this point in time I don't have much to do, so it's either get on the computer and rp, read, or clean. Personally I like the first two choices more. I have time to get on nearly everyday, except for on the weekends sometimes. I have tons of ideas, not that they are very good, but they are still ideas.

Why?: Well I would like to help out with the site. I have a lot of time and I could think something up for the site with all of it.
Give me a good reason: Well a lot of time is one thing, but I don't think it is a good reason. I have a lot of experience on other sites. Most of them are still active, too. I love helping out with the work that needs to be done. I have done a lot of advertising on a few sites. I own two sites (they need work and members)

Your experience: I have been staff on a few sites. Some were because of all the advertising that I do, but others were because of staff try outs.

Position you would like: G-mod or Graphics (would like to be G-mod but I like to do graphics as well)
Why?: Because I like doings stuff with sites when I'm not roleplaying ^^
Give me a good reason: Well I have managed a lot of sites that have done well and on top of that I worked with my brother to design and create many sites. He did the graphics so I'm not as talented as him with that but I write my own codes and have a large horde of premade ones to use. I can do graphics and if not I have many friends and a brother who are amazing at them so I can get things done. For global moderating I like people, simple as that. I will do just about anything you tell me to and if I'm not sure about something I'm not afraid to ask for help to make sure I don't make bad decisions.

Your experience: I have 10 years roleplaying experience and 7 years designing experience plus I've been staff on many sites because I generally make friends fast and I know my codes well
Sites you've staffed/staff on: Chrono Keyed which I created, Rhandir Valley which I moderate and skin for and those are my current two that I staffed on I've designed for many but I don't remember all though i can name a few. Endangered, Explote, Passing Notes, Essential Design, Absent Memory Design
Examples of your work: I coded the first one and completely designed the second (though that was quite a while ago)
How savvy are you with HTML?: very, I have worked professionally on sites for 7 years now as a coder

Position you would like: Mod. Or G-Mod. Whatever's open, rully. ^.^

Why?: I am really, really growing to like this site, and I want to get more involved with it. Once I'm hooked on something, I stay that way.

Give me a good reason: I'm really committed, and just generally have lots of experience with RPs and things that generally go wrong with them. I've seen alot of games crash and burn, and I think I could be helpful in ensuring that The Climb doesn't meet the same fate. I'm also used to dealing with people- in real life, I teach dance- so I could be useful in conflict resolution.

Will you be active?: Oh, heck, yes.. I love to write, and I have very little life, sooo... XD

Will you abuse your powers?: No. Quite simply, I will not.

Your experience: Okies. Well, quite frankly, I've been off RPing for about a year or so- this is the first site I deemed worth joining. Before that, though, I was kind of an insane roleplayer for about three years. I've worked on staff at several different sites, and though I'm not that good at MAKING layouts, I'm really good at INSTALLING other people's layouts. XD Also, I can do photo manips- I'm still learning, but most of my work isn't half bad.

Sites you've staffed/staff on: Okay. I've quite sure that all of these died ou awhile ago, but trust me.
- That Ruddy Dog -- > my own stray dog RP. Closed when I stopped RPing.
- Hush My Baby -- > My own wild horse RP.. Same story.
- Caprice -- > WIld horse RP.
- Open the Gates -- > Not POSITIVE if that's actually what it was called, but it was an RP based around horse racing in the 1950s.
- Uhhh... -- > I HONESTLY just can't remember the name. A horse-and-rider RP set in SUmmerside, PEI.
There have been more.. I honestly cannot remember many of the names..
